2. During the Great Thingyan holidays, MACCS users can contact the Help Desk Section’s mobile phone number 09-675608777 to avoid any difficulties, and during regular office hours, they can call back to 01-379429.
2. For import/product operators, when calling JTS Service to check license information, lack of access to license information in the MACCS system; If there is no update, you can send it to maccsmocapi@gmail.com.

၁။ အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာန၊ MACCS ဌာနခွဲ၊ Help Desk Section သည် MACCS စနစ်နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ User များ၏ သိရှိလိုသည်များကို ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်များတွင် နံနက် (၀၉:၃၀) နာရီမှ ညနေ (၁၆း၃၀) နာရီထိ ဖုန်းနံပါတ် ၀၁-၃၇၉၄၂၉ မှတဆင့် ဖြေကြားပေးလျက် ရှိပါသည်။
၂။ မဟာသင်္ကြန်ရုံးပိတ်ရက်များအတွင်း MACCS User များအနေဖြင့် မေးမြန်း စုံစမ်းရန်ရှိပါက အခက်အခဲမရှိစေရေးအတွက် Help Desk Section ၏ လက်ကိုင်ဖုန်း နံပါတ် ၀၉-၆၇၅၆၀၈၇၇၇ သို့ ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါကြောင်းနှင့် ပုံမှန်ရုံးဖွင့်ရက် များတွင် ၀၁-၃၇၉၄၂၉ သို့ ပြန်လည်ခေါ်ဆိုမေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာ အပ်ပါသည်။
၂။ သွင်းကုန်/ထုတ်ကုန်ဆောင်ရွက်သူများအနေဖြင့် လိုင်စင်ဆိုင်ရာ သတင်းအချက် အလက်များ စစ်ဆေးရန် JTS Service အားခေါ်ယူရာတွင် MACCS စနစ်အတွင်း လိုင်စင်ဆိုင်ရာ သတင်းအချက်အလက် ဝင်ရောက်မှုမရှိခြင်း၊ Update မဖြစ်ခြင်းများ ရှိပါက maccsmocapi@gmail.com သို့ ပေးပို့နိုင်ပါသည်။
