Policy / Vision / Mission / Objective

အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာန၏ မူဝါဒ (Policy)

ရှင်းလင်းလွယ်ကူသော အကောက်ခွန်လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများဖြင့် ကုန်သွယ်မှု လွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စေရန် နှင့် ရသင့်ရထိုက်သော အခွန်ငွေများ ပြည့်ဝစွာ ရရှိစေရန်။

(To enhance trade facilitation through simplification of Customs Procedures and to ensure proper collection of Customs Duties and Taxes.)

အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာန၏ မျှော်မှန်းချက်(Vision)

အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာကုန်သွယ်မှုချောမွေ့စေရေးနှင့် လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းကို အကာကွယ်ပေးရေးအတွက် ကုန်သွယ်မှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းတွင် ပါဝင်သူများနှင့်ပူပေါင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းဖြင့် အကောက်ခွန်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများကို ပုံဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်ဖြစ်သည်။

(To Create Customs Service which generates the security and facilitation of international trade, protection of social well-being and trade partnership with stakeholders.)

အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာန၏ ခံယူထားသည့်တာဝန်(Mission)

ရသင့်ရထိုက်သည့် အခွန်ငွေများမှန်ကန်စွာရရှိစေရန်အတွက် အကောက်ခွန်ထိန်းချုပ်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ရည်မှန်းချက်များ သေချာစေခြင်းနှင် ့အကောက်ခွန်လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို ရိုးရှင်းစေခြင်းဖြင့် ကုန်သွယ်မှု လွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စေရန်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

(The Mission of the Myanmar Customs is to achieve trade Facilitation through Simplification of Customs Procedures, while ensuring Customs Control objectives to maintain proper collection of revenue.)

အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာန၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်(Objective)

အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာန၏ရည်မှန်းချက်တာဝန်များမှာ -
(က) နိုင်ငံတော်အတွင်း သို့တင်သွင်းလာသောပစ္စည်းများ၊ နိုင်ငံတော်ပြင်ပသို့တင်ပို့သောပစ္စည်းများအပေါ် သတ်မှတ်ပြဌာန်းထားသောတည်ဆဲဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ အခွန်အကောက် များစည်းကြပ်ကောက်ခံခြင်း။
(ခ) တင်သွင်း/ တင်ပို့မှုများသည် တည်ဆဲဥပဒေစည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းပြဌာန်းချက်များနှင့် ညီညွတ်မှုရှိ/ မရှိစိစစ်ကြပ်မတ်ခြင်း၊ စုံစမ်းဖော်ထုတ်တားဆီးခြင်း၊ အရေးယူခြင်း၊
(ဂ) တင်သွင်း/ တင်ပို့ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာကုန်သွယ်မှုကိန်းဂဏန်းများ၊ စာရင်းအင်းများပြုစုခြင်း၊
(ဃ) အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာအကောက်ခွန်လုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ညီညွတ်စေရန် အကောက်ခွန် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများခေတ်မီစေရေးဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊
(င) ဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးဆောင်ရွက်နေသောအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက် ခြင်း၊
(စ) ကုန်သွယ်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများဖွံဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရေးနှင့် နိုင်ငံတော်၏ စီးပွားရေးဖွံဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုအတွက် အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေခြင်းတို့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
