1. The Customs Department will carry out customs clearance procedures for goods imported/exported in the Tachilek border area using the MACCS system starting from 22-3-2024.
2. The codes to be used for submitting the customs declaration form using the MACCS system in Tachilek border region are the relevant location codes listed in Appendix (a) and Recommendations from other relevant departments for imported products – The Code to be used when applying for the OGA Application must be completed and used with the relevant location codes listed in Appendix (b).
3. Those who submit declarations in the Tachilek border region where the MACCS system will be used are informed that the codes required for submitting customs declarations can be accessed at www.maccsgov.mm/CodeList and if there is any difficulty, they can contact the Help Desk Section (01-379429) during office hours.

အကောက်ခွန်ကြေညာလွှာတင်သွင်းသူများ သိရှိနိုင်ပါရန်
၁။ အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာနသည် တာချီလိတ်နယ်စပ်ဒေသ၌ တင်သွင်း/တင်ပို့သော ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအတွက် အကောက်ခွန်ဆိုင်ရာ သွင်းကုန်ထုတ်ကုန်ရှင်းလင်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား MACCS စနစ်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ ၂၂-၃-၂၀၂၄ ရက်နေ့မှစတင်၍ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
၂။ တာချီလိတ်နယ်စပ်ဒေသ၌ MACCS စနစ်ကို အသုံးပြု၍ အကောက်ခွန် ကြေညာလွှာ တင်သွင်းရာတွင် အသုံးပြုရမည့် Code များကို နောက်ဆက်တွဲ(က) တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော သက်ဆိုင်ရာနေရာအလိုက် Code များကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ သွင်းကုန်ပစ္စည်းများအတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာအခြားဌာနများ၏ ထောက်ခံချက် – OGA Application လျှောက်ထားရာ၌ အသုံးပြု ရမည့် Code ကို နောက်ဆက်တွဲ(ခ) တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော သက်ဆိုင်ရာနေရာလိုက် Code များကိုလည်းကောင်း ဖြည့်စွက်၍ အသုံးပြုဆောင်ရွက်ရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။
၃။ MACCS စနစ်စတင်အသုံးပြုမည့် တာချီလိတ်နယ်စပ်ဒေသတွင် ကြေညာလွှာတင်သွင်းသူ များအနေဖြင့် အကောက်ခွန်ကြေညာလွှာတင်သွင်းရာတွင် လိုအပ်သော Code များအား www.maccsgov.mm/CodeList သို့ ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှု၍ ရယူနိုင်ပြီဖြစ်ပါကြောင်းနှင့် အခက်အခဲ တစ်စုံတစ်ရာရှိပါက ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်များတွင် Help Desk Section (01-379429) သို့ ဆက်သွယ် မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။
